Hi, usually I get a copy of my fluid levels, how everything looked including brakes, etc. I didn’t get that this time. I realize that you aren’t washing the cars now but I did read something about you still vacuuming out my car and cleaning the windows….none of that was done so besides being quoted services for around $450.00 over the phone and then being given an estimate for many other things when I arrived totaling $1,934.00 I have to say no I was not happy on this visit.
I was very pleased with my experience. All my questions were answered. And my car was returned in a timely manner. I would recommend Covina Kia without hesitation.

George was awesome in contacting me when I was not happy with the service the first time. He called me concerned and ask what he could do to make it right. I appreciate George in making his best effort to help a returning customer.

The process to schedule maintenance is easy and emails on the status were very helpful. I enjoy working with Mike Connelly who always keeps me updated and worked well with my AAA claims agent to exchange information and provide status updates.
I also love having the shuttle service that I used to pick me up when my vehicle was ready.
Took the time and explaining everything with my vehicle and was kind enough to let me know there was no more washing out the vehicle and everything but overall, I think he was a very nice guy. and I appreciate the help that he showed me and explained everything to me overall I would say he’s a very excellent employee
Matt did a great job of explaining everything thoroughly and helping with my next appointment. I did however notice that the windows were not cleaned well at all and they even looked worse than before I brought my SUV in. The dirt was just smudged all over. Wish they would have still done a car wash.
Jorge did a good job of helping me of picking up my car at passed 7pm and also help me doing the loan processing till it's done.
