Matt did a good job as a service writer…though it shouldn’t take 5 hours to rotate tires and update 3 software recalls.
Waiting about 10 days without warning seemed excessive

I love that a team member always calls me when my car is done being serviced. I’m never pressured into adding services to my car. However, I do appreciate the suggestions they do offer. Last visit we did many of them. It is always a pleasure to go there!
