Ashley was very courteous, friendly and professional. I had made an appointment for my maintenance and was met as soon as I drove in. Ashley explained everything to me and then directed me to the waiting area. She also explained the offer of a shuttle to my home if I did not want to wait.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 2 hours for this service. In my opinion this is way too long, especially since I had an appointment.

Made appt and they took other vehicles back before mine. It was a recall appt appt at 9am dropped off at 8 am vehicle not ready til after 2pm too long
I had an appointment .. I drop off my car at 11am and pick it up around 4:30pm . Just so she can tell me they didn’t have time to check my vehicle.. My Jeep been leaking oil and it’s smells like burn. I have 2 small children so I need it that to get fix …I just waste my time for nothing dropping my car. I’m so disappointed .why make an appointment? If they know going to help me out by checking my vehicle.
