Quick, efficient service.
The service part of the job was fine and Ashley couldn’t have been more efficient, helpful, polite, and friendly. My complaint is with the complimentary wash job. In the past this has always been well done. This time, not so much. There was insect debris still on the car, film residue on the chrome, an unwashed “stripe” 2 feet in width down the center of the top, running the full length of the top from front to back. Additionally, the rear passenger floorboards and rear cargo area were not vacuumed. I have pictures of some of this. I only noticed these problems after getting home. I didn’t look while at the dealership since it’s never been a problem before. You can look up the service history of my vehicle(s) and tell that I’m a regular customer plus adhere closely to the factory maintenance schedule, spending several $K in the process, always with your dealership. Given that Service Dept. is a major profit center for a dealership maybe some oversight is due over your make-ready dept? Interestingly enough, I got a letter in the mail yesterday from Peltier Kia - Tyler with a $40 service coupon attached. My past reviews have always been very complimentary but I was kind of let down this time. Thanks - Mike

As for the repairs on the car I think everything is great. Will need to wait until we get another good rain. I was not very pleased with the service of vacuuming out the car at all.

As always, she has done a great job, I drive all the way from Tyler, even though you have a Kia dealership here owned by the same company, it’s just the people in Longview who treat you as family and don’t talk down to you and, make it like you should be happy that they would even wait on you, even though it’s me who is paying their paychecks.

My appointment was actually quicker than O was expecting. The courtesy lounge was very comfortable and the restroom was very clean. I was offered a shuttle ride while my car was being serviced. I chose to wait. The Staff was very attentive and friendly. The call back part was repaired and my car was washed and vacuumed. I would recommend Peltier Kia to everyone.
It was a very easy purchase and My 2 sales rep did a great job.
