I'm on my 3rd Kia as your records show and was strongly leaning towards getting a 4th, which now is definitely not an option for me as I feel you all didn't do what was better for your customer. I come in to get a mirror replaced. After further research I see it would've been less expensive to REPLACE the entire mirror versus buying parts (literally double the price) to fix the previous one. If that's the business of Peltier Kia I want no parts of it. I do thank you for fixing the issue however I will no longer do business with Peltier Kia.
I was satisfied with my oil change, tire rotated ect. But one of the things that i was not really satisfied with was the detailing side of it when I got in the driver side had been vaccumed an detailed but the passenger seat and the back seat hadnt been detailed at all. The car was wash good, besides the interior detailing everything was good.
I went to start my car Sunday morning and the engine was running rough and missing. Running extremely loud and the engine light was on. I immediately turned the car off and we’ve sent an email and tried calling the dealership. Hope to hear back first thing Monday morning. We also found a screwdriver under the hood. We left it there. It is not ours! The car will need to be towed into the shop for repairs. The car had just had its 30,000 mile maintenance on Saturday. We picked the car up at around 1:45 on Saturday drove straight home and didn’t turn the car back on until Sunday morning.

Rick was very personable and responsive, and, even though he was obviously busy with many other customers having demands on his time, he gave appropriate attention to what questions and needs I had at the time, and kept me informed of progress.
I appreciated the free car wash!
