Jeramie did an excellent job. I’ll be bringing my Kia back. I didn’t feel like number. The whole experience and ever step of the process was fluid and made sense. Everything worked the way it was suppose to, the appointment scheduling was smooth and check in was a breeze. While waiting, I was welcomed and offered refreshments, shown where the restrooms were and WiFi worked. The time it took was reasonable and expected and I was comfortable waiting. Thank you.

Jeramie was very informative and made me aware of issues that needed attention. I’m on a fixed income and I could barely afford the tire for vehicle. I’m old and realize prices have dramatically changed over the past decade and would of been nice to have a choice of a lower priced tires. However I can go to Virginia Beach Monday knowing my car is serviced and safe.
I was under the impression that all kia dealerships did the kia inspectionion the cars, check brakes, tires, etc with an oil change, apparently this is not offered at timbrook??
