Appointment for oil change at 315with one of yours customer service I went down tmy appointment and there's was no appointment made I wasn't in the system for service had to remake another appointment for this Friday went had oil change down sat there for almost 2 hours waiting you would think I bought the car from kia garage brand new and have always return for my car to be service there you would think for the mess up from the customer service not setting my appointment right or over booking customer we would receive a discount but no

Not completely.. they were suppose to paint the small spot that chipped off but they didn’t do that . He said maybe they can do it another time…..maybe…. I hope so. It was so small but I was just worried it may continue to chip and get bigger. Everyone has always been extremely friendly which is nice.

Jeremiah (spelled wrong) went above and beyond to make sure my needs were meant and in a timely manner. My car was returned clean and in amazing shape, Jeremiah ran my VIN to make sure there was no recalls and my car was in good shape. I would highly recommend Jeremiah and timbrook Kia to other consumers
