Always great service at Timbrook Kia
Don't call I work til 5 everyday. The lady checking me out wouldn't make me a copy that I asked for. She said "it's on the wall". The tech was fine. Also they put a HORRIBLE smelling air freshener in my car. I had to air my car out for several hours and also spraying Febreeze in my car. I will continue to service my car there though.
The staff at Timbrook Kia are always professional, friendly and genuine.
Love bringing my car here. But$ 77 for an oil change is a bit much
Ordered and paid for a remote start when I bought the car. Took it up to have it installed and it was not compatible. I was told to call at the end of summer because the remote for 2022 is not available because it's to new.

However I can’t say the same for sales, who not courteous enoghh to return calls when I inquire of the status of the 2022 Tellutride ordered in November 2021!
It shouldn't take 90 minutes to change oil. If there are reservations, they should take priority to walk-in customers. Also I was charged twice for a tire rotation. I came back in and got my money back, but then never received my receipt back. Also never received the mileage reminder sticker. Service at this location has steadily declined over the last year I'm sad to say.
