I can’t believe the price in getting my oil change and a tire rotation…. 92$ This has caused my family and I to argue and fight since I’ve been home, just because of the amount of money this came to. I was satisfied with your employees, they greated me and treated me so good. I just wish I would’ve asked about the cost before I got this. I didn’t dispute it while I was there because the service was already done and I just felt uncomfortable bringing it up.

Kia has stressed my family out for the last time.We needed our car inspected and it failed due to apparently needing “tires, breaks, rotors, an alignment and the tint taken off”. Also when talked about trading, offered us $9,000. But when we took it to another dealership down the street the only thing it needed was the tint taken off and offered us $11,500 for trade. I just don’t understand why Kia insists on screwing people over or where they get their audacity from especially since they just had to replace at least 17 engines just this past fall (and took 3 months to do it due to only having one person who could do it). There’s a chance I’m missing something big since I worked retail for 8 years and have management experience but never worked in the car industry however, it has been made clear that Kia is low on respect when it comes to their customers and we won’t be back for any business.
