Everything was great thank you for the coffee!! One thing, after I got into my car the panel was not in the original setting. I had to come back up n have one of your techs adjust it. It showed tire pressure, the tech wasn’t sure of the setting so after I got home I had a Neighbor adjust it the way it was. Showing the gas level, mileage, etc Heck, at first the radio would not even play. I’m sorry. Just tell your people to put the screen back to the say it was ... thank you!

My vehicle was towed to this facility 2 months after purchasing it from Hagerstown KIA on Wednesday, January 19th for not starting and the AWD not working. My appointment was Friday, January 21st at 1:30p.m. The day my vehicle was dropped off I was called by a service member and told that a bearing test would need to be ran, it would take 2 hours and they would complete it on Monday, January 24th. I was told that the engine may be recalled, and if the bearing test passed it would need a new knocker sensor, and if it failed a new engine would be needed and KIA would pay for a rental car. I continued to call and text for updates. Monday and Tuesday I was told they were short staffed and didn’t get to my vehicle. Wednesday and Thursday no one would answer my texts or calls so I stopped at the facility and was told they would do it Thursday evening. After multiple days of no contact back from the facility I contacted corporate KIA (case # 14608071). A corporate member called Timbrook KIA on Friday, January 28th (1 week after original appointment date) and a service member told them the bearing test was running, and the engine was seized. I was instructed to call back later that evening. When I called Timbrook KIA again in the evening I was told the issues were a faulty starter and 4wd coupling. After speaking with the insurance company for the warranty on the vehicle, due the discrepancies in the diagnostics, miscommunication, and poor service they asked me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership I bought it from for a second opinion. It is now nearly 3 weeks since my vehicle broke down and was towed and I am still without a vehicle and am unable to qualify for a rental. Very disappointed with the service from both of the nearest KIA dealerships as I just got this car, and have had to miss both college classes and work shifts due to this poor service and business.

My appointment was not noted and Mr. Harrison was very understanding and said they will get my car finished. I am not sure how my appointment was scheduled for a time that they do not normally offer. Mr. Harrison was very professional.
