I pd for a oil change which was fine but they charged 100 dollars to program 2 keys and was to fix a bulb that was out and it never was fixed. The gentleman that checked me in took pictures of a car that wasn't even mine.very disappointed.

I was pretty much accused of doing the damage to the skid plate. In which I didn't do it. I felt like I was being called a liar. The damage was done before I bought it just happened the zip ties came loose for someone to notice I had something hanging from my car. I will never buy another vehicle from timbrook. I will not pay for the repairs I will take it to court or return the vehicle first.

The last two times I came for an oil change appointment it has taken way too long. This last time my vehicle was parked outside after complete and I was not notified until after I approached the desk. This was an hour after I arrived. Our other vehicles are serviced at another location and never takes this long. I believe this was the last time I will have my Telluride's oil changed with you. R

The service team got me into the shop on an expedited basis in order to help me get on the road for a family funeral out of town on Thursday. Otherwise I would’ve needed a rental car. This made a world of difference to me at a stressful time and everyone in the shop was so professional and so pleasant.
