No reflection on Robert but I was taken back by the cost of almost $50 to change out a battery. I trusted Toyota and didn’t even consider contacting a local battery store. I might should have, to compare costs.
There is much to discuss about this entire experience both positive and constructive criticism. Too much to write here. If you are interested, please have someone in a position of authority call me to discuss. Please don’t have the little old lady who calls everyone just looking for positive feedback call me to discuss. If not interested I understand.

The whole process was quick and easy. I appreciate all of the hard work from everyone.
When I selected service, the first available slot was at 7am. I selected to wait. That apparently was changed after I hit “submit” to “drop off.” It wasn’t until someone called to confirm the appointment that I learned a service tech wouldn’t even be on site until 8am. Short of that, everything else was great (including amazing service from the receptionist who called, who requested a courtesy vehicle for me and helped immensely).

I appreciate your pre and post service support and calls. Previously, I felt there was no connection between the service department and me as a customer. I was just thrown in a room to wait for my car. There was no post service contact and the service people didn’t even bother to put a sticker on my window so I could know when my service was due. I was getting ready to switch to Toyota in Paducah but based on this experience I’m not going to make that change. Keep it up! Thanks! Tom
