Three days after I bought the car I went and had the omissions test done and it failed. I contact the dealership and let them know that they told me it fell because it needed a Cadillac converter. I let George know about the Internet told me to bring the car in March 13 I bought the car in it took them three weeks to replace the passenger rear view mirror after they told me the mirror was in stock and they had it and then when I pick my car up on the 27th George assured me that everything was fixed and when I made it home, the check engine light came back on. I think it’s a AutoZone And had them do a diagnostic test and they let me know that I needed a new Cadillac converter JP from service. I’ll ask him for a receipt of the work that was done. He wasn’t able to provide and told me that he didn’t replace the Cadillac converter after they have my car in service for two weeks and told me that they was and now the check engine light is back on.

Just takes to long 8 hours for service b on ml350 seems long and i waited two weeks to get appointment. Maybe you need to expand and hire if business is good to get better and more service. Just a thought.
