Just would have expected tire pressure to be checked and maybe a quick vacuum. I know it was a free service due to my google review but in the future just wonder if going to grease monkey is faster and better service. I'll maybe try you again for next service we will see.

The noise is still there when you go over a bump I think is something whit the suspencion but im not sure....

The information provided did not match the requests made. There seemed to be the assumption that a car buyer wouldn’t understand the technical details of their cars. The information provided as explanation directly conflicted with the reality of the systems (NOX sensors mens no O2 sensors) installed by the manufacturer.
The service on my vehicle was delayed multiple days due to jawan being out. I feel that it is the organization’s responsibility to ensure systems are in place to avoid clients being out a car for 1.5 weeks due to the a single dealership associate being out. This is especially frustrating when loaner vehicles are not available. It was completely humiliating to tell my employer day after day and have to take several personal days because of this.
The service itself was also sub par. I was told multiple times by Kevin that although he could give me an update on the progress of my vehicle he couldn’t really help me beyond that point. I dropped my car off Monday may 30,2022 and a claim was not filed with warranty until Thursday June 2,2022 at 3:00 pm even though Kevin told me the claim had been filed when I called for an update Wednesday morning. It was not filled until Thursday at 3 pm met which is closing time for Royal. I was not told that there was also an approval process performed by the warranty company that that would take several additional days. Jawan also responded to several of my requests to either scan the documents required by warranty that were in the vehicle over to the warranty (Friday) or to push my car up in line (Monday) “when I get to it” Tim was kind enough on my third call to service on Monday to collect the documents from my vehicle and scan them over to warranty without issue.
