More work needs to be done on my car. A whole day is needed but I must have my car back by 1:00 so I can pick up children from school. I’m not sure how we can make this happen

Kayla stated that my wait time would be 5 - 10 minutes from the time I checked in. My wait time was actually 1 hour and no one ever came over to let me know that there would be an extended wait. I stopped Kayla after about 45 minutes and she said "what's up?" and never did not give any reasoning for the wait. She said it would be a minute and walked off.
