Lewis made my tire purchase a seamless one. I called in and never mentioned my name but he remembered me when I came in shortly after. He got my car to the back in a timely fashion and I was on my way in less than two hours. Job well done!

The only thing that I was displeased about was that it took almost 2 hours. The second time I walked to the counter area to see what was taking so long I asked a serviceman if my car was ready. I had stood there about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I had gotten an email about 30 minutes before but no one called my name. My serviceman wasn’t at his desk but the one that I spoke to found my paperwork on his desk and said that I was ready.

Communication could be better in knowing the diagnosis early as possible. I know the 4th being a holiday pushed things but Tuesday at 450 I had to call to see what was being done. Being towed Sunday nite there I would think mine would have taken precedence over walk ins. I had just $1000 the day before to your business. Lewis was helpful snd very professional with info given to him. One of your workers was sitting by the door on his phone when Lewis asked him to get my vehicle brought up and he walked out clicked my alarm and said he couldn’t find it. Went back to his phone. Not doing you a bit of good on the clock.
