Brenton was so very good in handling my car repairs. He was professional and so very helpful.
I had them check the tire sensor, it had been on. Came back on this morning, but got the indicator to go off by pressing the tire indicator button, will monitor for future problems.
You'll would not accept my Ally service plan because I didn't purchase my Accord from you. I had to come out the pocket and pay. I may have to find someone else to service my car. I hate that because I got my last accord from you and the service was awesome. I guess all things must come to an end. Thanks for the past service though.
It took way too long. I had an appointment at 11:30…. Got there at 11:20 & didn’t get out until almost 2:00. I was there 2 hours & 30 minutes. Shouldn’t have taken that long, especially with an appointment. And I think my car was ready for awhile before I got a text it was done. Was not happy!

The service was wonderful from start to finish. Impeccable!
(1) I specifically made my service appt with a service representative that I had used previously and was familiar with one of the issues I was returning about. That rep was not my service rep today, although the person who helped me today was very nice and cordial and willing to help.
(2) It was previously understood that the issue would be covered despite the warranty lapsing since it was a known problem. When presented with the total, I had to tell the rep that the previously rep had already said I would not be charged. It was eventually settled, but I shouldn't have had to explain it again.
(3) There is a subtle rattle that I continue to hear. Two techs drove the car and said they couldn't hear it. I drove away and immediately began to hear it. I had to return to the service department (and after much discussion) and finally convinced someone to ride with me so I could point it out. They heard but told me I'd need to leave it for several hours. I had already been there for 3 hours! However, the tech was overly confident that the issue would be discovered.
(4) Although I like the staff, overall I'm disheartened by the overall experience many times. I sit in the waiting room watching the service reps come out and speak with customers trying to sell (sometimes a hard sell tactic) them extra services like brake fluid or your recommended services that no one really needs. Try working harder to fix real issues and tend to car problems that exist and not try to grab extra money on services not really needed.
