On yesterday I came to Bob Boyte due to battery issues. I had spoken to someone in the service department via phone earlier that day and he explained that I had a warranty on my battery. I asked if I could come today to get it replace and during that call I explained that I get off work at 3pm and I would have to drive from GREENVILLE,MS to Bob Boyte. He ensured that you all could get the job done despite that I would arrive a little after 5pm. I made it to Bob Boyte at 5:14pm and the Rep came out and asked what could she do for me.. I told her that I needed to get a replacement battery she stated “this late” I said yes and told her that I spoke to someone on the phone earlier and they told me to come she asked “who did you talk to” I told her couldn’t remember the guy’s name she stated “well that’s not helping” and walked off. SHE WAS VERY RUDE and seemed to be upset being that I had came in late for a battery. I didn’t feel like a value customer after my experience with her.
That’s just what it was, a job well done.
Supposedly a multi- point inspection was completed and all fluids were topped off, but I found out today that my windshield washer fluid is empty. It makes me wonder what other things were marked as completed and were not done.

Job well done! I would like to have been given a WARRANTY ON MY CAR!!! When you pay CASH for a car, some kind of WARRANTY SHOULD OF BEEN given NO MATTER WHAT! THAT'S VERY BAAAAAAADDDDD Business to Me. I tried to get one and the finance guy or some other little guy kept saying NOOOO!!! because of the mileage. I hate that I bought that car NOW. I pray nothing happens to the car. Dee & Lewis were great help to me & they both deserve higher Pay. Just Very DISAPPOINTED IN BOB BOYTE AS A DEALERSHIP WHEN YOUR ADS says something totally DIFFERENT!! THE dealership as a whole deserves a major F- Failing the CUSTOMER!!!!

The only drawback was seeing my vehicle sit for 1 hour after the appt. time before it got worked on. Appointments should be given better priority:-)
