It seems like you don’t really want to take responsibility for the vehicles you sell. The last two times we brought our CRV in for service the person my wife talked to tried to put the blame for the problem on us. The last time before this when we brought it in they asked my wife if we replaced the windshield. Vehicle has the same windshield in it as when we purchased it. When we brought it in this time again my wife was asked if we changed the windshield. Then they asked if we left the windows down in the rain. Do you think we are stupid ? If we had left the windows down we would have known where the moisture was coming from & we wouldn’t have brought it in.
