Brenton was just the messenger, and in no way does this reflect on him. With a previous service and repair to the windshield washer. The insulation was torn and noticed when the vehicle was returned. Not to mention that it took 3 different service attempts to get it fixed. Greg informed me that the insulation was ordered. I had to call weeks later and asked for Greg. He simply cold transferred me to parts. When I inquired why I was not called- no response. With this service, I asked for the insulation to be replaced. After an oil change and transmission flush (which was ridiculous that a vehicle with 42k required) Brenton had to take it back to have the insulation replaced. Service is the primary reason that we have now purchased 2 vehicles there. There has been a visible difference over the last year in the service department. It is very disappointing.

I received a coupon for a free oil change because of a minor issue at my last service. Taylor told me I could not use this coupon because I have an oil package and have to wait until the oil package expires. Now I have to hold this coupon for another 2 years. What a mess!

Louis always does a great job. Friendly and to the point. I ask for him every maintenance check.

I just discovered my rear wiper blade is missing. It was there and I had no issues with it when I dropped my car off.
