Everything was explained about my service what was needed and was it needed. Was concerned I would need other things repaired on my car and it was explained to me that my car was still in good condition and that I didn’t need to have any other repairs which was a big relief.

Service was horrible. The technician who worked on my car broke two parts on my driver door. The replacement mirror was defective. The whole experience was horrible!

I called Thursday at 4:30and the person that answered the phone, however was the opposite. My tire indicator light had come on driving down the interstate near the dealership and was told they would only check the air in my tire and would not do anything else. I almost did not go, but thankfully Lewis took care of me. You should have him train your employees that answer the phone.
Polite, knowledgeable, understood a rather obscure request. I see that Bob Boyte Honda is successfully challenging the notion that having work done at the dealer is too expensive. We clients appreciate your interest in us. Sarah K
