I’m very pleased with the customer service in the service department. Ryan was Awesome, he need a raise. The service manager kept his word. I’m a route carrier and when I drive my car home and looked under the hood I didn’t recognize my engine. They cleaned it so well I was like did they put new parts and hoses on? They did a very good Job.

Customer service is the whole experience. When I walked in, 3 people were at the desks. Ryan was on the phone. The other two were present, but not with a customer. If the business wants to exceed customer satisfaction, everyone should acknowledge the customer. All it takes is, “good morning, someone will be right with you”. Everyone needs to know they are in “sales” !!

All I'm going to say is it was such a nice experience getting exactly what I wanted. Your team was very helpful and deserve credit in going above and beyond what I needed. So a big thanks to the service team who pulled my number code for the door, and then went and showed me not only how to use it but how to unlock all the doors and pop the trunk. And the big guy with the red beard----- NICE GUY! Excellent customer service skills!
