Shawn in the service department (as well as the whole Team -they actually work together to get the job done, imagine that-) were Awesome like always. Shawn always strives to not only get things done but to do it in an efficient, effective and customer friendly manner. We have used many different dealerships throughout the years and our Favorite, go-to (despite not living in Carroll, we will drive for good service and a job well done has been Champion for a while now and mostly due to Shawn). Can't say enough. I have multiple health issues and in a business like ours (funerals) you can't really plan much, but thanks to Shawn"s (and the teams) customer centered service this is less daunting. And of course there tends to be an issue here and there but they try to make it right. This is also a sign of good management! Empowerment, a good and healthy work environment and management support make All the difference. Thank you, Angela Kessler ****-****-xxxx

I was very satisfied,I had a recall to be done.He said it could be done the next day And I also needed them to look under the car to see if everything looked ok because I had gone in the ditch with snow in it! Thank goodness we could drive out of it . The mechanic said it was fine . Thanks so much the men were very friendly

Ryan is amazing! He goes above and beyond every single time that we have our cars serviced there. You guys are SO incredibly lucky to have him as an employee! I would definitely be giving him a big fat raise if he worked for me!
