They found metal shavings in my engine and replaced it, free of charge. Paul worked hard to find out what was wrong, but his diligence paid off. I was having strange sounds when driving and Paul went for a ride and when I brought it in and picked it up, everything was perfect. Thanks to Paul, it has been a good experience.

My car was there for 2 weeks without being worked on! The communication from Paul was terrible. I had to pick up my car to take it someplace else. I was told multiple times they it would be covered under the recall turns out that was not the truth! I will never return to this dealership.
