I dropped my car off at 7:00 am for a oil change, tire rotation and service on my blue tooth. No one called me all day. I called you guys around 4:15 that afternoon so that I could get a ride to back to the shop, only to find out that I need the rear breaks done. I told the guy that if he had called when it was diagnosed, then I would have had that work done while it was already there. Now we’re near closing time.

Paul does everything he can to get your car into the service department as soon as possible. The manufacturer doesn’t always cooperate due to shipping parts from Korea. Paul tries to keep his customers notified as to how things are going while your car is in the shop. I trust him with my car. I will still call on him when I need my car in the shop. Thanks Paul.

Significant body damage. No interest in making right. Trey basically just doesn’t care as I’m a female alone and has no transportation to my home or back to get my vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE, I was told I would have a Lyft ride from the dealership AND BACK to retrieve my vehicle.
I was told I lived too far and was dropped off at an old hotel on the freeway, 5 miles from my home. I have to pay for the rest of the way home AND back to the dealership!!!! I have zero family or friends in area and received no follow up phone call from the salesperson or anyone else. Frankly, it’s apparent you don’t care about your customers unless your actively making a Profit. Will reflect on all your social media reviews… really awful you drop a single mom off at a unsafe location and tell her she’s on her own getting home and back to get her car. Shame on you Trey and LD.

Everything was well with my interactions but I had to make an appointment and purposefully arranged it for the morning due to my work schedule and other items of business I had. When I dropped off my car everything went well but I left for about an hour and returned and my car had still not been serviced yet. I had to wait at the dealership for another 1.5 hours before everything was finished for just an oil change and I didn’t receive any notifications about how long it would take. I understand it can be backed up but if I made an appointment I expect to keep it to the time I scheduled or don’t make it available.
