Water pump failed while driving. Had to have it towed to Central Kia. Contacted Paul while it was all happening. It was late in the day. Paul contacted me the next morning having determined the water pump failure. Continued to keep me informed about the progess being made to fix the issue. Called upon completion to tell me car was ready for pickup. Have driven the car for about 40 miles with no problems. Thanks to everyone who helped.
I originally called on Monday March 13th at 4:15 p.m. to request that Paul go ahead and place the order for my part. I spoke with another gentleman who said he would tell Paul and have Paul call me. On March 15th I got a call from the parts department telling me my part was in. I asked if they needed to paint it or anything and they said they would check with Paul and have him call me that day. I called again on 3/17 and couldnt reach anyone, and then on March 21st I spoke with Jose at 8:40 a.m. and he said he would have Paul call or email me. I finally received a call from Paul on March 21st around 11:00 a.m. and he told me he would have the cashier call me to collect the payment up front for the part and would send it to get painted and he would let me know when it was ready for installation. I finally got my part installed today, March 31st, and when I went to go pick up my car it was not ready despite having been called at 12:30 telling me it was ready. When I went to the cashier about 1:00 p.m. she said she did not have my keys. I walked over to the service department and spoke with another gentleman and asked about the status of my car at which point he said it was in line to get washed and would take another 20 minutes. At that point I just asked for my car so I could leave as I did not have time to wait around another 20 minutes. This entire experience has been very frustrating and if I ever come back to this location I will never use Paul as my service representative.
The service is great. The cleaning is not. There are smears all over my windshield. There were fingerprints all over my entertainment screen. I’m leaning towards using somewhere different in the future. I complained about this the last two times I’ve had my car in. Something needs to be done.

Initially I was frustrated with Central Kia. I called to set up an appointment and I had to call back because the mailbox was full. I eventually drove up there and set up an appointment. They were very accommodating and willing to work me in. Once my appointment day came the crew was extremely courtesy and polite. My service was done faster than the quote that I was given. Extremely pleased with this visit.
