I was greeted upon arrival at the service center, had all of my questions answered and was given an estimated completion time, which was met. I was directed to the waiting area and kept up to date on the progress. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience.

Service was good. Only thing is no one notified me when my cat was actually ready. So about 20 minutes after the service rep told me my car was ready, I went to drsk to ask and sure enough my keys were there. Seems there was a shift change and I got lost in it. Other than that everyone was nice to deal with.

Thank y’all and also think Paul at Central Kia! I’ve had six key is in the past 20 years and I’ve always been very please with all of them. The service is always been great at Central Kia in Plano please don’t let them lead relocation either because I love their location.

I think to make the establishment look more professional all the desk should be individually closed off maybe with an ac and a door for privacy. Maybe have a couple butlers Miss Emily should have Jeeves and the the guys could empower Gary just to make everyone comfortable. Just a thought..just sayin

The bumper was incomplete And the time was long And the key was not fixed because it needed the second one My car did not have the reset message of -X days for service and it still appears
