My car was there (Kia Plano) for 6 weeks. It was not looked at in that time frame or given a diagnosis. I was told that all other dealerships were experiencing the same backups and delays. I had my car towed to Kia Mckinney on Thursday. By Friday they had a diagnosis and a new engine ordered. It's not cool to keep someone's car indefinitely when there are dealerships nearby that could get the job done in a fraction of the time. Just be honest and encourage your customers to do what is in their best interest.
I already said that he didn’t keep me posted on my car.I had to call everyday to see what was going on. I believe I might have been lied to instead of just telling me they weren’t able to get to it yet. Regardless he always said he is going to call me when never did I had to call him every day almost towards the end of the day. I didn’t know what was going on and wasn’t trying to rush I didn’t have a way to work. I kept asking for a loaner or how long will it be in the shop so I can see what I need to do to get back and forth. Everyday he told me tomorrow it should be ready but let me call you around 11:00 and tell you what’s going on. Never as I stated before I had to keep calling. I probably wouldn’t have gotten my car yesterday cause he never returned my call. I called him at 5:00 and he said he was trying to call me all day but was too busy. I work in property management and I know when I tell
Someone I am going to email or call them I have to do it. Even if it is just an update.. bad bad experience and I will not go back there. I will take my business to Rockwall Kia
