You had my car for a year. It was returned to me dirty. I had asked that the plates be put on it they were not nor was the registration sticker put on it. If simple request like these were not that I wonder what other things or skipped when replacing the engine

Paul greeted me at 7:30AM with midday warmth asked if I needed a ride or if I wanted to wait. I showed him my book and knew the customer lounge to be very comfortable. He provided me with options for my maintenance plan. I chose “the works.” My new car performance was noticeably better.

Appointment was scheduled for a recall part replacement and after arriving and waiting for about 20 minutes I was informed the part was not available and I would receive a call when it was. I believe this could have been avoided with a call the day before to let me know the part was not in stock at the moment.
