Great service today. The two thing needs to be worked on. One we have been trying for a month and half to get our car in for service. You guys never answered your phones. Second this place is very dirty. Both the service department and the sales lot! I will be going to Kia of Frisch because of this. Appearance is everything.

I had a 9am appointment on Wednesday 8/10. I found out later in the day that they did not start looking at my car until about noon. They thought there was a short in the wiring causing my air bag light to stay on and was asked if I wanted a loan car because he thought they would have one on Thursday. I said yes. I got a call later that the air bag control module need to be replaced and the part would be in Monday or Tuesday. I did not get a call Thursday, Friday or Saturday about a loaner car. I tried to call Saturday to check on loaner, but voice mailbox was full. I called again Monday, but voicemail was full. I went over there Tuesday morning and found out from one of the other advisers that my part was in. He wrote a note to Paul about in. I got a call later saying the part didn’t fix the problem and there was a short somewhere. He didn’t have any loaner cars. I went back over there on Wednesday, voicemail was full, since I was leaving town on Thursday. He told me they would fix it today or he would get me a loaner. I did not get a call. I went back on Thursday morning, voicemail was full, they were going to fix it today. I said I couldn’t depend on that and he got me a loaner for my wife to drive while I was out of town. They fixed my car sometime Friday. Saying the wires under the driver’s seat had been damaged by an umbrella. I can’t say that wasn’t the case. The loaner car my wife got had almost no gas in it. She took it to physical therapy about half a mile and didn’t drive it any more because she was afraid of running out of gas.
The constant not being able to contact him and the wrong diagnosis to start with was very irritating. So you tell me what kind of service I got since you had my car for 10 days.
