This was one of the worse experiences in my life and I will never ever deal with Central Kia in Plano again. The management team is horrible and they tell lies all the way up to the director !!

I think that Kia should try to get more loaner/rental cars for people waiting for their car repair. I am thankful I got my car back but the time frame was almost 3 months. Which was really hard without a rental car. And having to pay out of pocket to get a rental car would've costed me 3000 + which I'd have to wait to be reimbursed by Kia. Which isn't ideal for most people, especially in this economy right now.
