Trey was very kind and informational. My recall and brakes were taken care of quickly and I wasn’t unsold on anything that was unnecessary. The team was accommodating to my request of no wash and checked over a couple additional items per my request. Additionally both the receptionist and cashier were helpful in answering my questions and giving me direction. Great experience across the board and well worth my drive from Grapevine.

The service department is always a great experience. However my experience with Paul Gomez is Extremely helpful and polite, he's the Very Best and Important to me, as a Great Friend, I'll always appreciate his advice and kindness to me and respect as a customer. He's a "Keeper"

Mu response is relative to the oil change and recall work done. But I'm still waiting to hear about the peeling paint in 3 places on my barely 3-year old car, and something about a part having to be ordered for the recall that I'm still waiting for. But Trey was very helpful and explained things fully to me.

I once had a job with a major retailer. I was told in writing that my job was to “do that which was best for the corporation not necessarily what was best for the customer “. Trey does his job well. Just a little disappointed. My father had his own business, very similar to yours, but he did not have to do that which was best for the corporation.
