Yes, told them not to wash the vehicle but they did it anyway and it looked worse than when I brought it in for service. Whoever washes the vehicles need to do a better job. Otherwise everything else was done well.

Hello, we came there about 2 weeks ago, then our key was lost and we lost a lot of time there, then they told us that a new key would be made. We got the new key 2 weeks later, when we came back to have the wheels of the car done, the old keys were replaced with the new key and this is why we weren't informed!. It's not a pleasant situation.

My complaint is I specifically told my Service Advisor and I think he wrote it on the service agreement not to wash my car; however, after completing the work done on my car they sent the car through the wash. When I get to my car I see water droplets on it, the paper mat on the floor had puddles of water on it. I informed Paul about it and he came to my aid with a towel. After I drove off I let the windows down when I let the windows up again after arriving at my destination water was on the windows. Therefore, I have to dry them off and walking around the car I see dry water spots in some places which causes me to further wipe my car down. Bear in mind I had just washed my car a few days ago, now I have more work to do again, so irritating! Also, when I look into the console of my car I see someone has been rummaging through it because things are moved around in it, this is very alarming to me! BEWARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!!
