You guys scratched my front right bumper very badly removing paint and leaving scratch marks. One does not expect to receive their car damaged when leaving it for repair of a warranty. I know it was not there when I dropped it off because I had the car washed and cleaned.
He kept me informed and work was completed in a timely manner and cost less than originally quoted.

Paul was amazing…..he welcomed me with a friendly good morning. I told him what I needed and I felt confident that they would do everything they could to fix my main problem. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part so I will have to go back. The extra touch was when Paul called a few days later to check up on the services I did receive (oil change/new tires) and to let me know my part should be in soon. That’s why I love Kia’s……I have had 3 of them. Thank you Paul for taking great care of me.
Really impressed with the service I received here. No games that the typical dealer likes to play with numbers. Took longer to transfer the stuff from my old car to the new car than to buy the new car.

The fact that my vehicle sat at your dealership for a full week before anything was done is a huge problem for me. For a week no one could tell me anything about my vehicle. Apparently it was not even entered into your system according to Edward. Trey finally admitted after a week that y'all had lost my key. Interesting that not even 24 hours after he told me the key was lost he had found it and diagnosed the problem. Within another 24 hours my vehicle was ready. Although Trey was incredibly kind and polite through out the whole ordeal I still feel like I was not told the whole story. If the key was lost, why did it take you guys a week to tell me. Trey did take 10% off my invoice and gave me a free oil change, but honestly I feel like that was lacking compared to the lack of communication and run around I got. This also isn't the first poor service experience I have had with Central Kia Plano. At this point I would not recommend your dealership to anyone.
I would appreciate talking with a representative. I really didn't think anyone cared, and I do believe you all need more help. I even reached out to Paul's manager, but she did not contact me....I have nothing good to say about Central KIA and regret my purchase.
