Trey Taylor was very pleasant and welcoming when I entered the service area. He helped me figure out if I had the prepaid care service (which I did) and also came to the waiting area to let me know when my car was almost ready. He explained what was done during my service appt. and then walked me out to my car and let me know I could contact him if I had any issues. All in all, I had a great first experience with getting my car serviced with Trey. While I was delighted with the complimentary car wash, I wish the inside of the car was cleaned a little as well. I'm used to the inside and outside being cleaned from my previous dealership so I was a little disappointed at that. But it didn't take away from my experience. Job well done overall. Thanks!

We were able to make a same week appointment for a 10k mile check, which included an oil change and tire rotation for an upcoming road trip. Once I arrived my customer service representative was super nice and gave me a call when my car was being washed in order to give me a heads up on when it would be done! Additionally, my car service was started on promptly at my appointment time, even though I was a few minutes late and completed timely!

I was given a diagnosis on my car a few weeks then scheduled appointment to bring in to be serviced but the car sat for two days and no one had any answers about when the car will be fixed. It was such an inconvenience and had no way work so I came and got car until I can figure out an alternative solution for this problem.

Terrible experience. After getting me there; waited for hours, they part wasn’t painted. Should’ve been checked first. The color they finally got painted, and it’s not the same color. I would like the GM to contact me.
