While my car was completed by cob, the communication was not good. I thought I had an appointment at 9. I dropped my car off at 7:30 so I could make it to work. At 330 I was called and told the battery needed replaced and one tire. The car would be done the next day. I asked why, if parts needed to be ordered. I was told it would take time and others were in front. My car had been there since 730! That’s when I was informed I had a drop off appointment only. That was never stated when the appointment was made or when I dropped it off. Service at Central Kia is slow always. I have sat in the waiting room for hours but yesterday was unacceptable.,

The entire experience was awful. No one communicated, no one listened. I was ignored and belittled. I will never return to your service center, I will never buy another car there, and I will be sure everyone I know is told of the terrible service I received.

My screen is glitchy and gets worse every day. I now can’t use half the screen: I called about a month ago and they said they have a new ordering system and it’s on back order. No one has stayed connected with me. This screen was broken from the day I bought it. I’d say I bought a broken brand new car. I’m so very disappointed as I’ve talked with other managers and nobody seems to want to help me. I need to buy a new car every 100,000 miles and I’m already at 8000 because of work. I would be a very regular customer but now I will never purchase a car from Kia again due to this experience. I just want it to be made right and have my screen replaced. Also my plates expired may 24th and still haven’t received my permanent plates. They finally gave me an extension with a new plate print off but these are about to expire as well. Worst car buying experience ever

Paul did an excellent job with very short notic and in the middle of the Memorial Day weekend to boot ! I experienced a sudden loss of tire pressure with corresponding pull to the right making the vehicle hard to control. I estimated that I could reach the dealer before catastrophic loss of pressure and tire destruction. I was able to get there and walk into a bust Saturday for service. Paul was able to get a tire delivered from a 3rd party and perfectly installed despite my anxiety and questions . Paul kept me well informed as he is an excellent communicator and calmed my concerns. I will always want him to work on my Kia issues without reservation.

I think it's very odd that whoever drove my car absolutely no miles found the need to charge my radio station. No additional miles on my odometer so it's just odd that they felt comfortable enough in my car to change the radio station...weird and must have got confused with my satellite radio and turned that channel too

Trey did a great job taking care of me this morning! He thoroughly explained all the services provided and made sure my service was taken care of quickly. It was a really positive experience and makes me more confident to continue brining my Telluride in for its scheduled service. I also have an increased confidence that Trey would make sure any potential issues with my car would be handled smoothly if they ever occurred in the future.
