I am very happy with the service and with my car, an important exception is that the transportation services provided are not sufficient for my needs, I live 16 miles away from the dealership and you only provide service within 10 miles. I will be requiring the transportation services a a couple of times within the next few months, please consider it hat either you or the factory pays for the extended mileage when the services require that the car stays overnight. I was told you needed my car for at the longest 72 hours and it actually ended up being 5 days also I still don't know what you guys did to my car you ran some type of test for 5 days I have no paperwork or no one even it has explained what what's done to my car

Kirk was amazing. He assisted me as soon as I walked through the door. He gave me an estimated wait time of 1 1/2 hours and service was completed 30 mins early. He even came to give me an heads up when my car was headed back to get a wash and when it would be finished. Love love loves his customer service. He definitely needs a raise.
The original issues took months to order parts and never got a call when arrived, I called several times left messages. Took it in and only one issues resolved, had to order another part, never got the call that part was in, I had to call for an update. Took the car un fir that repair and came out qurh the same problem it took 6 months from when the issue first became an issue.
Whoever does the call center that “supposedly” schedule appointments are never in sync with the actual service center. I called ****-****-xxxx to schedule and reschedule appointment but once I bring my vehicle in they don’t have it down or asks me to bring my vehicle back on another day because certain services are not done on Fridays which is a major inconvenience to me as I take time off from work to bring my car in. This is the second time that it has occurred. I won’t be back.
I recently was served by Jose, and he did a great job, but, I've worked with Kirk before, and I have been very pleased with his service as well. My car only comes to this dealership for everything that happens to it maintenance and repair wise, and I appreciate all of the gentlemen that have helped out with my vehicle in that regard.
