Im completely unsatisfied
I never got a hold of someone to speak about my transmission problem with my car. When I took on the car Shafiq said there’s was issue noted however on the online platform I specified the issue. Then, Shafiq said that he wasn’t sure whether there was a problem with the car that he would have a technician look at the car. Well, he called toward the end of the day and said the technician didn’t found an issue with the car. There is a problem with the transmission every time there is a gear change but Shafiq (he called himself “the middle man”) couldn’t do anything about it. I want it to be in record that when there is a bigger issue with the car, Rock Honda could’ve prevented this. I am truly disappointed in the service.
You guys are very difficult to reach over the phone. Jessica did give me a cell number to text her on which was helpful. But many times it’s better to speak to someone over the phone. Out of the 20 or so times that I called your service department, I probably actually got through to a service rep less than 5 times. I spent $1,200 on a repair with you guys and you didn’t do a complimentary wash which every other dealer I have been to would have done. Jessica seems very nice and I don’t mean to give her a bad review. I feel like your service department as a whole is lacking. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t bring my vehicle back to you. Fortunately, I don’t and have plenty of other (better) options where I live.

She was very professional very curious And very helpful to my questions. And will return my calls or text me let me know what was going on with my car parts and that’s very appreciated specially when I work all day and I know I could get out of work and still get my car fixed you guys are awesome and besides that you guys help me once you get A Little kitty cat out of my dashboard and I never forget that because I am an animal lover and I was very worried about the kitty cat being home and you guys did an excellent job and besides somebody from your office kept the kitten and then did Honda appreciate it God bless you guys you got a customer for life and also lol miss Barajas is very helpful and professional and I appreciate that thank you
Don’t waste our time with appointment times if you guys can’t keep up with your side of the bargain. Had appoint at 7am didn’t get seen til 8am. Garbage!
Ricardo was very helpful and professional, he went above and beyond to help me and to get my car back on the road.
Eddie is excellent at what he does and provides Great Customers Service!!
My only concern is how difficult it is to reach the service department. Jessica was great and very patient with my frustration. She listeners and had Eddie call me immediately. She should be commended for her patience because I was very very frustrated.
