I think Rock Honda should bring back the courtesy shuttle for customers although I did get a courtesy Uber ride from Ricardo that was really appreciated

I am completely satisfied with Eddy and Lee the smog check guy that made it possible for me to finally pass my 2020 Passport on smog so I can get it registered. What I am not satisfied was the phone number for service department, which is never answered. I called six times during the day on 6/1 to check to see if my car was ready. None of the six times was my call answered. I ended up at the dealership service department, where I found out that my car was ready. No call to me to I form me of that. I received a txt that it was ready, which zi am sure was sent after I picked it up. You need to have people to answer the freaking phone.

Poor customer service. Jessica was very unprofessional. Adding services that was not needed, then blaming the customer. I felt conned after the service I had today.
