Jessica was courteous kind polite and patient. She made it all so easy explaining every step that they were going to take. She had the car ready before the estimated time and I will bring my other Honda once it needs its service as well as we are a Honda family

The only thing I can say is that I did not receive a call informing that my part had arrived. The day I went fir service, they told me it would be about a month for the part to come. I called a week and half later and they told me it was there but to wait for the call. I waited a day and no call so I called again and confirmed the part was there and was able to schedule an appointment. I was satisfied after my car was ready. Everyone there was very professional and helpful.
