My complaint is not a people issue. Angela is terrific! I’m presently in communication w/ KIA Cust care re: I purchased my car early Dec. had it about two weeks & just picked it up. Non working sunroof… I’m seeking a “new vehicle”. In service over 30 days, no ETA on part. Want to handle internally before I consider other options. Would like to meet with Mr. Gonzales to discuss….:)

Kaitlyn, my tech was awesome. However, it took over two hours to have an oil change. I just think that was excessive. I know that there was nothing that Kaitlyn could do, but it’s just ridiculous the week that long.

I know you're a business and I bought 11 Kia's in the last several years... However, telling you need things to increase the sale when you don't just gives the client an uneasy experience. Selling a vehicle or pushing a to buy air for the tires... Which is more important per say...
