I bought the vehicle in a few weeks ago because I had a nail in the tire. They completed the repair and rotated the tires. I don't know what was done, but the tire pressure sensor has been acting odd since I bought it in again. Several days later the vehicle was returned and I was advised the TWPS problem was corrected when in fact it was not.

Natoreia was great and very professional. I enjoyed working with. What disappointed me is I just bought the car from you in November and I already have to replace the brakes on it and replace filters. Should this all been taken care of with an inspection of the car before I bought it? I also don't understand how the wheel lock works on my 3 tires but not on the front passenger tire. I don't believe this. How come this was not told to me when I brought the car in after I bought it to replace the bad front brakes that was on the car when I bought it. I don't want to be one of those people, but I can say I will not buy another used car from there.

Had 9AM appointment for oil change. Showed up at 8:45AM. Did not get my vehicle until 11:45AM. Kim explained that the shop was backed up but over 3hrs for an oil change is kind of ridiculous.
