They were super nice and cleaned my car very well. and they had it done at the time i said i needed it done!

Bad communication from everyone including Roy the service manager. No one would call me I had to keep calling them for updates. Also sales manager make a decision not to call or help.

The vehicle was there for almost 1 month I got one call during that time frame then a text message saying my vehicle was ready and they fixed an issue that was not asked to be fixed

Was told my vehicles CV AXLE was on back order. So I waited weeks. Still told it’s on back order. So I decided to call a KIA dealership in Houston. He said they didn’t have CV axle but he told me 3 KIA dealerships in the area that had plenty. So I called and asked for parts department. They had some and I had to call KIA Baytown and tell them then they got the part. They never checked with another KIA. I had to find the part myself. Then when I brought it in for them to fix it, as I was leaving someone had taken stuff napkins, air fresheners, pens etc out of my glove box and had it all over my passenger side floor. No reason for anyone to be in the glove box. Do better KIA!! Piss poor customer service. When I call service all they say is Kia please hold. Crappy! I had an extended warranty that was paying for my parts, not cash. Guess that’s why no one cared to find my part but me. SAD.

Went in for oil change and state inspection. Waited two hours to find out the machine broke right before they got to my car. Then while washing my car the bent my front license plate to 90 degrees.
You charged me $35 to replace a brake light. That was really to much!!
