Service overall was satisfactory, two people’s personalities is what really set the standards to improper. Brandy, the one with the nose ring, rolled her eyes at me when dropping off the car and I asked to be informed of any service or repairs requiring me to pay, but the real attitude issue was with the shorter lady named Emily. She is flat out rude. She spoke poorly with me several times, and she was also training James who was a nice guy, yet I watched Emily treat him like crap also much like she treated me like an idiot. She was also training him, and instead of helping him make informed decisions, she berated his failure for asking the customer to identify a defect in front of the customer. It is HER job to train him in a respectable manner but she is definitely not that to customers or fellow employees.
She is the face of the service department, and this is t the first time that bad attitudes are before customers, and my second time dealing with the department and being completely unsatisfied with the honesty and respect. Get her out of the customers paths or suffer losses.
I also have a weather strip ordered under warranty, 5-7 days was the estimated time arrival, yet the service department has yet to call me and let me know. My parts for a recall was also in and they never informed me. What is their purpose besides treating customers and each other like ****? Stop paying bad performance and hire some friendly people who have an ounce of organization.

My car was not cleaned or delivered to me this morning as promised. I Ubered to the dealership at noon today after not being able to get anyone on the phone for an hour. I took my car and left for work, but it was still not washed or vacuumed. Had my car been ready yesterday when I was told it would be, I would not have needed to pay for an Uber or a car wash today. I'm also not sure if Averi added the additional damage I found to my claim, since I never heard back from her.
The people at desk by the door could use some customer interaction training.

I scheduled recall service a month ahead of time to allow for parts. No one ordered them and the work was not done on the appointment day.
