When I purchased my vehicle I also purchased the extended warranty and I asked at the time if I would have to use Community’s service for my maintenance. I was told that I could use any Kia dealership’s services. This was important to me because I was living about 50 miles from this dealership and did not want to be forced to travel that distance for the required maintenance. What I was told was an outright lie as when I received the information packet from the extended warranty company it states that all my maintenance must be performed at Community Kia. This is very inconvenient and time consuming for me and I feel that I was lied to and taken advantage of by your finance person since he was the one who answered my question regarding the warranty. This is in my opinion one of the reasons that people do not trust car dealerships or their employees.

The oil change was done but I had asked that if there was any issues to call and advise. I dropped it on Wednesday on did not pick up until Friday. Someone could have called. I am now taking it to an outside mechanic as I was advised KIA could not address the issue until 9/5. 2 week later to just diagnose the issue. Should have been diagnosed and an offer to repair should have issued.

It’s never fun being misled multiple times about whether or not something is under warranty and being forced to pay a minimum of $175 when I wouldn’t have come in at all otherwise.
