Waited two hours there to be told the part wasn’t in stock. Paid for the part but haven’t received the text that the part is there yet for me to come back to get it installed. Also Spencer is great but the last lady who helped me told me everything was fine with my car but after leaving from my last oil change my protective plate was scratching the road and this time around I wanted it fixed because whoever put it on messed it up but I had to pay for it be fixed when it wasn’t my fault in the first place

even though you have multiple honda dealers in Houston, Community Honda is extraordinary. The main treasure is the people working there—just amazing service from everyone from the cleaning to the salespeople. Congratulations

Excellent service and I truly appreciate the honesty the service department provided. I came in for a brake job and oil change and the crew let me know after they inspected the car that I did not need a brake job. Saved me money and were very honest and upfront. Thank you again.

You can’t make me completely happy because you refused to honor the coupon I presented. You sent me a coupon in the mail that I tried to use today and you told me I couldn’t use it. I was livid because I thought you were trying to pul a bait and switch by offering to do that service at a higher price than what was on the coupon. I refused that service and I continued with the other service I came in to have done. I sat for over an hour and a half contemplating what I would include in my complaint to the Texas Attorney’Generals office. You did eventually honor the coupon before I left and performed the service that was on the coupon but not before making causing me extreme anger. I’m glad you honored the coupon but you shouldn’t have had to make me suffer. Your service department should be be better trained in what is legal and ethical as well as what service prices the dealership is offering. This tells me there is a big lack of communication in the different departments of the dealerships. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. You need to do better if you want me to continue to use Community Honda.

Easy to leave my husbands car in good hands. Attentive in my needs for his vehicle. When they called me bout updates and what else my husbands car needed was helpful and happy on how he talked to me. So happy with them. A+ work

They didn’t do the work I asked it had a fuel service that needed done and a missing cap that THEY told me about I told them to order it and even called before days and wrote before saying they needed that cap. I answered every call I got to a recording that then cut off. So I got no message to pick up my car which I needed for work that evening. Then they closed. They could have told me the service dept closes that early that day I don’t work there.

I had to wait more than 10 minutes for service. 3 staff members were at the computers. Also no one came to discuss work that was needed on my vehicle. I did get the oil change. I usually get as much as possible done to my car.
