Melissa was very knowledgeable and very helpful! She is very detail-oriented in that she pointed out that my 30,000 maintenance would soon be due, so I was able to get that taken care of as well. This helped very much in that I may have missed getting the service done on time and saved me a second trip; very helpful. She is very proactive and advises customer appropriately.
