Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
Carlos did an excellent job personally but I am having an issue with being charged for a tire rotation but not having my tires actually rotated. Three years, two times charged but not rotated, one time not rotated but also not charged. We have a mark on one tire that we can see clearly if the tires have been changed or not. I didn't make a big deal the first two times but it is happening to often to ignore. Thank you.

honestly very disappointed first the way to sell a car in the condition,secondly the way to resolve a situation whith a client who goes whith all the intentions to buy car travel from afar and until now I have not had a call from the person whith whom we could resolve disagreements
