Mr.Duvon provided very good customer service. Very polite and professional. But when I picked up the vehicle he was not there. Someone else helped me but was rude. It took almost 2 hours to get an oil change. I had to go and asked about my car and he said. I don’t know. Maybe is at the car wash. My car was brought to the front unwashed. When I asked to get it wash he gave me an attitude. At no point did he apologize. At the end when Jonathan brought the car and gave me the key he only open his hands so I can get the key from it. Rude!!!

I asked a specific question before my transmission was dropped to inspect. I did not receive any information on it. When I picked up my vehicle and brought it up, I was told I would get a call in the next following day to see if the mechanic had noticed anything and have not received any phone calls. Considering the easiest time to inspect is when the transmission is dropped.

Yesenia, Chris and Blaze were all outstanding and provided thoughtful, prompt and expert service. I felt much better and safer after our van got fixed with new brakes. Know this- my wife and I drive all the way from Clear Lake to Baytown specifically because of the superior service at Community Honda. Every oil change is in the capable hands of Community. We are grateful to Ever and Tony and the Community service team. Thank you!
