Very prompt service. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and the process with the paperwork was quicker than ever. My car was done within a hour and I received an immediate text. Mario was excellent and I hope I work with him again.

Actually service was great. I showed up a week early for appt. And they worked me in. Thank you. But I asked about a couple of things, and was not told what they discovered. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I dropped off the vehicle at 9:10 AM. THE VEHICLE was not done until around 4:30. I was dismayed at the length of time I had to wait without any contact from the service technician. I called to contact him several times after 1:00 PM and finally reached him by phone about 3:00 PM. I was told he would call me back in a few minutes after he contacted the extended warranty people. After waiting over an hour with no contact, I returned to Home Motors in person and contacted Tim Ritchie.
